It got me curious, what games are truly improved by a mod? To the point that, to you, the modded way is the definitive experience? What game and what mods? I spent a few hours to learn what I likely could've learned in 20 minutes. I finally settled on GMDX and then promptly bounced off of the game in the first stage. My head spins when I look at the options and my indecisive nature gets the best of me. I've been looking into playing Deus Ex, and how it seems that most recommend playing with one mod or another. One of the benefits of being a PC gamer is being able to mod games to your liking, with games like Skyrim having jokes about how you can spend so much time modding that you don't actually play.
